By creating an account or otherwise using StormEdge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Description of service

StormEdge provides edge traffic filtering, WAF rule enforcement, and related security tooling for web applications and APIs. Features available to your account may change as the product evolves.

Account registration

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use StormEdge to:

• Route traffic for content that is illegal in the jurisdictions you operate in.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt StormEdge's infrastructure.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without authorization.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service reliably available, but StormEdge is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without uptime guarantees unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Fees and plans

Some features may be offered free of charge; others may require a paid plan. Where pricing applies, it will be presented to you before you're charged.

Termination

You may stop using StormEdge and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk to the service or other users.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

StormEdge is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StormEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
